Respond to customer and partner requests via telephone and email
Collect and track business intelligence using Microsoft Excel
Conduct research on different industries and market verticals
Assist our CEO with inbound requests and scheduling
Support project management team with Quality Assurance testing
Book airfare and accommodations for employees traveling between international offices
Print marketing material and distribute to sales team and project managers
Keep the office running smoothly and looking nice, greet clients and run errands
Self-motivated with a crazy drive to succeed
Timely and dependable
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
At least 2-5 years of experience in a business office environment
Experience with customer service and client support
Strong work ethic with the ability to hit deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills
Extremely high attention to detail
Ability to listen attentively and actively ask questions
Comfortable dealing with business owners and other top decision-makers
Strong organizational time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly salary between $10 – $20 based on experience
