Now Hiring: Office Manager / Executive Assistant

AppIt Ventures is a Denver-based company in Cherry Creek with an international presence, and is known in the mobile application industry for custom software integrations and great customer service. As our tight knit, customer-focused team continues to grow, we are looking for a world-class professional to join us. You must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, able to change as the work changes (potentially daily) and be very comfortable with all forms of standard technology, including computers, internet, Microsoft Office and online research. You should be a self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, memorable, passionate, a high achiever and a hard worker who works well as part of a team.

Essential Duties:

  • Respond to customer and partner requests via telephone and email
  • Collect and track business intelligence using Microsoft Excel
  • Conduct research on different industries and market verticals
  • Assist our CEO with inbound requests and scheduling
  • Support project management team with Quality Assurance testing
  • Book airfare and accommodations for employees traveling between international offices
  • Print marketing material and distribute to sales team and project managers
  • Keep the office running smoothly and looking nice, greet clients and run errands

Job Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a crazy drive to succeed
  • Timely and dependable
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a business office environment
  • Experience with customer service and client support
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to hit deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Ability to listen attentively and actively ask questions
  • Comfortable dealing with business owners and other top decision-makers
  • Strong organizational time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly salary between $10 – $20 based on experience
